This Shipping Policy explains how international wholesale orders are processed, packed, and delivered.

 

1. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

  • Minimum wholesale order: 10 cartons

  • Larger orders may receive special pricing or priority handling

  • Requests below the minimum cannot be processed

 

2. Shipping Availability (Worldwide)

Tiger Cigar ships to most countries worldwide, except for regions under international sanctions.

❌ We DO NOT ship to internationally restricted or sanctioned countries, including:

3. Shipping Times

UAE Deliveries

Regional / Nearby Countries
  • 3–7 business days

  • May vary based on customs clearance

Worldwide Deliveries
  • 5–14 business days depending on the destination

  • Transit times vary by continent and carrier

4. International Shipping Fees

Shipping charges depend on:

  • Number of cartons / shipment weight

  • Courier rates

  • Any export or customs documentation fees

  • Insurance (optional upon request)

5. Customs, Duties & Regulations

Buyers are fully responsible for:

  • Government restrictions

  • Delays caused by customs inspection

Tiger Cigar is not liable for shipments delayed, held, or rejected by customs authorities.

 

6. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed once:

  • The buyer provides an accurate shipping address

  • Required business/licensing documents (if needed) are submitted

Processing time: 1–2 business days

 

7.Packaging & Safety

All shipments are:

  • Professionally packaged

  • Secured to avoid damage

  • Sealed and inspected before dispatch

  • Labeled according to export rules

8. Tracking Information

Once the shipment is sent, buyers will receive:

  • Tracking number

  • Courier link

  • Estimated delivery time

Tracking is the responsibility of the courier.

 

9. Failed Delivery / Customs Refusal

Tiger Cigar is not responsible for:

  • Wrong or incomplete addresses

  • Customs refusal

  • Government restrictions

  • Buyer unavailability

  • Fees for re-delivery or return shipping

10. Damaged or Incorrect Shipments

In case of:

  • Damage

  • Missing cartons

  • Wrong product

You must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment along with photos and proof.
