Refund & Return Policy

Tiger Cigar supplies wholesale cigarette products to licensed buyers, distributors, and resellers. Because tobacco products fall under strict international regulations, all wholesale sales are considered final.
Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.

    1. All Sales Are Final (No Returns)

    Due to the nature of tobacco products and international regulations:

    • We do NOT accept returns

    • We do NOT offer refunds

    • We do NOT restock returned goods

    All wholesale orders are final once payment is received.

    2. Exceptions When Refunds or Replacements Apply

    Refunds or replacements are only offered in the following cases:

    ✔️ 1) Damaged Shipment

    If the products arrive damaged due to courier mishandling.

    ✔️ 2) Incorrect Products

    If you receive products that are different from what you ordered.

    ✔️ 3) Missing Items

    If part of your order is missing.

    ✔️ 4) Manufacturing Defects

    If the product has an obvious production defect.

    3. Evidence Required (Must Be Submitted Within 48 Hours)

    In case of damage or incorrect delivery, buyers must provide:

    • Photos of the box and packaging

    • Photos of the damaged or incorrect products

    • Delivery note / airway bill

    • Order reference details

    Claims submitted after 48 hours of receiving the shipment will not be accepted.

    4. Non-Refundable Cases

    Refunds or returns cannot be offered when:

    ❌ Buyer provided an incorrect address
    ❌ Buyer refuses delivery
    ❌ Shipment held or rejected by customs
    ❌ Shipment delayed due to customs inspections
    ❌ Product banned in the destination country
    ❌ Buyer changes their mind after payment
    ❌ Buyer fails to provide import documents

    Tiger Cigar is not responsible for customs laws or tobacco restrictions in other countries.
    Ensuring legal import permission is the buyer’s responsibility.

    5. Refund Method (If Approved)

    If a refund is approved after investigation:

    • Refunds will be issued to the same payment method used

    • Processing may take 5–14 business days

    • Bank or payment gateway fees are non-refundable

    • Only the value of the affected products will be refunded

    6. Replacement Instead of Refund

    When possible, Tiger Cigar may offer:

    • Replacement products in the next shipment

    • Or shipment of missing cartons at no extra cost (if error from our side)

    This will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
